I guess it depends on whether or not the ability to host pictures that are access controlled is a desirable feature for you. I'm pretty sure that, while our picture hosting will work better than ScrapBook, we might not be able to match the ease and utility of a more focused photo hosting service. The one thing we can do that they can't, though, is make pictures viewable only to certain access groups on Dreamwidth.
