I think anonym.to would be the way to go. Disabling Google Analytics won't work to avoid giving referrers to a post you made with links in it--sure, you won't show up in their statistics. But all it takes is one person who hasn't disable Google Analytics JS to click on the link in your post for them to get a referral URL for it.
